1. Payment Terms
- Booking will be confirmed upon payment of 25% of the total amount.
- 50% must be paid before 31 January 2027, with the remaining 25% payable before 31 March 2027.
- All charges mentioned are exclusive of taxes. An additional GST will apply to the total amount.
2. Early Bird Discount
- Early bird discounts are available phase wise, as mentioned in the tariff table.
- Startups: an additional ₹900 per sq. m. discount on 4 sq. m. stalls (T&C apply).
- Bulk booking for associations / industry: an additional ₹900 per sq. m. discount on a minimum booking of 500 sq. m. (T&C apply).
3. Stall Allocation
- Stall allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
4. Sector-Specific Booth Content
- Exhibitors are required to showcase products, services or innovations directly related to their respective sector. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of booth allocation without a refund.
5. Organiser's Rights
- The organisers reserve the right to approve or deny booth allocation to any exhibitor, ensuring alignment with the event's theme and objectives.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before 30 November 2026 will incur a 50% deduction of the total tariff. After that, no refund will be issued or processed.
7. Exhibitor Guidelines
- Exhibitors must adhere to the event guidelines regarding setup, branding and operational timings.
- Any additional requirements beyond the package inclusions will be chargeable.
8. Force Majeure
- The organisers are not liable for any losses or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities, strikes or government regulations.
9. Compliance
- Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their displays comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
10. Exhibitor Passes
- Each exhibitor will receive 3 passes per 9 sq. m. stall for booth staff.
11. Food Availability
- Food and beverages will be available at the designated Food Court within the event premises. All food items will be provided on a chargeable basis.
